Three-legged stool made from solid oak,
available in natural oak or uni-colour stained.
The JL1 Faber is a stool made from solid oak. Its constructivistic leg frame characterises the entire Faber furniture family, reminding of the traditional half-timbered houses of northern Europe and thus relating to craftsmanship and history.
To provide comfortable and stable seating, the 30mm strong, circular seatplate has a 15mm deep milled cavity of conical shape converging into a central point. This detail of the seat design goes in-line with strong geometry of the frame and causes an intriguing reflection under certain light conditions.
Smooth diminutions of the 30x30mm wooden beams the construction is based upon, give the Faber family products a subtle elegance and lightness. The JL1 Faber is either available in natural oak or coloured stained.
